Workforce Monitoring Data
This section is where any equality information about staff is published.
Each year the Trust produces an equality breakdown of its workforce which is discussed in equality meetings and then published. As a result of this report – there are sometimes hotspots or certain equality issues which need more follow up and we do this with ‘drill-down’ reports which focus on a specific equality issue. Then we share our findings with the equality network where a discussion takes place and then a decision is made about how to take the issue forward. As part of our commitment to focussing on equality outcomes – a key priority for us over the coming year is to make sure we are clear about what we will do with the information in order to forge better relationships between people in a protected characteristic group – and people who are not in a protected characteristic group.
