Working at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust

Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust was formed on 1st April 2017 after the successful merger of South Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and North Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

The organisation provides community, mental health and learning disability services for a population of approximately 2.5 million people throughout Bedfordshire, Essex, Suffolk and Luton.

To provide these services the workforce strategy is centred on supporting the Trusts vision and to achieve this we aim to recruit highly skilled and motivated individuals that adhere to the EPUT values of being;

  • Open
  • Compassionate
  • Empowering

We aim to improve the work life balance for our staff and are a supporter of flexible working enabling you to juggle work alongside possible childcare, caring responsibilities, voluntary work or any other work related or social interests.

We provide all of our staff and workers the opportunity to develop within their career and be part of a team that strives to be the best in mental health and community care continually working to improve lives.

Our workforce includes a diverse range of clinical and non-clinical health care professionals and we are looking to add to that workforce and put you in our picture.
