Transforming psychological services

A huge transformation programme in Essex is opening up a number of exciting opportunities for psychological services professionals.

These opportunities will be of particular interest to clinicians who wish to challenge traditional models of mental health provision, use their motivation and creativity to prevent escalation of mental health crises, and develop true community-based, integrated and systemic services.

Our teams will be working with service-users, voluntary and community sector organisations, social services and primary, secondary and specialist care teams to transform the care we provide for people with personality disorders and complex needs.

You will be part of making this change, while developing your own skills and forging a progressive career pathway. We will support and invest in your further clinical training, and leadership development.
