Would you like to further develop your career in psychology and be part of a service that is transforming and challenging traditional models of mental health provision?
We are transforming our services at EPUT, and have been pioneering a number of initiatives that align with the NHS Long Term Plan, focusing on service user involvement and empowerment, community interventions, and systemic change.
Psychological Services are well-respected and integrated, yet govern our own services. We are involved in staff support initiatives, training, teaching on local ClinPsyD courses and exciting research opportunities.
We have a number of exciting job opportunities on offer, working with young people, adults and older people, that will develop your skills, support your ambitions and help forge a progressive career pathway.
We offer an attractive relocation and support package (of up to £6,000) and will invest in your further clinical skills training and leadership development. We will support your transition into our services, including those who need help to register in the UK. We offer flexible working and split posts for those who may wish to keep their hand in general services while specialising.
Becoming part of our team, you will use your motivation and creativity to prevent escalation of mental health crises, and develop true community-based, integrated and systemic services.
Our teams work with service-users, voluntary and community sector organisations, social services and primary, secondary and specialist care teams to transform the care we provide for people with personality disorders and complex needs.
Details of available psychological services posts, including broader roles in our services, can be found on TRAC.
Financial joining incentives are available for specific psychological services posts – see job adverts for details.
We would love to hear from you if you need any additional information, or just want to chat about opportunities.
