How did we do?

EPUT is always keen to get feedback on the services it provides. Good or Bad.

There are a number of ways you can give us feedback whether you use our services, care for someone who does or would just like more information.

We have a leaflet that tells you even more “We want to hear from you” that is available from all our wards and community teams. We have our own satisfaction survey “How did we do?” which incorporates the national Friends and Family Test; The results of which we publish here on the website.

You can give your feedback completely anonymously through the surveys and you can also request more information about the Trust and how you can become more involved if you wish. You can choose to either fill in the full survey or just the FFT question and you can provide additional comments as well. The survey is available from the service that you are in contact with and is also available on line (a code is required from your care team).
