Arriving for your appointment
Please arrive in time for your appointment but do not come on site until five minutes before your allocated appointment time.
You must have a booked appointment to attend. No walk-ins will be vaccinated. Please take a note of your booking reference number and bring it with you.
Please do not come if you have any symptoms of COVID-19; these include: a high temperature, a new, continuous cough, or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
Please wear a face covering at all times whilst on site. Observe social distancing and follow one-way transit through the vaccination site. You will be asked to sanitise your hands on arrival.
If possible, please wear clothing that allows easy access to your shoulder and upper arm, e.g. short sleeves under a warm cardigan and coat.
