Family Food First – Resources & Events

Training

We deliver training on nutrition and healthy lifestyles to anyone working with children & families in Luton.

FFF Online Training JULY 2015This training package is designed for settings who are working towards Family Food First accreditation, it gives an overview of the current health issues facing children in Luton today along with information about what is included as a part of the Family Food First programme. It is important that the Family Food First co-ordinator completes this training as it’s part of the essential criteria under  standard: Food and Health Education.

It will be beneficial for any staff member in the setting to complete in order to have an understanding of the programme. The training session should take no more than 1 hour and there is a short quiz you must complete at the end of the training slides. This will allow us to see completion of the training.

More training dates will be available in the future, please check the this page regularly for updates
