Service information
People can self-refer by calling NHS 111 Mental Health and selecting the option for mental health crisis and our call centre.
We have a dedicated phone line for ambulance, police, GP’s and professionals to refer people to CRS.
CRS work with the other teams to ensure the right care is given to people facing a mental health crisis.
Some of the teams we work with are:
- Mid/South home treatment teams
- Mental Health Liaison Teams (MHLT)
- The Crisis house and sanctuary plus
- Primary Care Network (PCN)
- Social care and non-statutory providers
