We offer a number of development pathways both clinical and non-clinical. The clinical pathways include a fully supported pathway to Nursing and Occupational Therapy (OT) and excitingly we are currently developing pathways for further Allied Health Professionals such as Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) and Physiotherapy.

We are supporting Step into Health, a nationwide campaign which supports the Armed Forces community to provide career development and opportunities within our NHS Trust.The programme was developed in conjunction with The Royal Foundation and Walking With The Wounded. Step into Health provides a dedicated pathway for the Armed Forces community to access the numerous career opportunities available in the NHS.
