MS and Parkinson’s
Summary
The Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s nursing service deliver care to patients with a confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson’s (iPD, MSA, CBD and PSP). Providing care, advice and treatment from diagnosis and throughout the disease course. The team includes specialist nurses and a support worker.

Where service is based
The team’s office is based in Harlow but the services covers the whole of West Essex. Clinics are held across all localities and, where appropriate, we can also visit people in their home.
Referral Information
The team accepts referrals via a health visitor or you can self refer.
