An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainer to join the ePMA implementation team. The Trust already has extensive experience of the EMIS Ascribe WebPharmacy system including eMM within the pharmacy service and will be implementing the EMIS solution for ePMA.

As a Trainer joining the ePMA project implementation team, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation including clinical teams and colleagues within the pharmacy team, to ensure that teams understand the use of the ePMA system and any concerns and issues are raised to the project team.

Following a period of latency, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a pharmacy technician to act as part of the ePMA implementation team. The Trust already has extensive experience of the EMIS Ascribe WebPharmacy system including eMM within the pharmacy service and will be implementing the EMIS solution for ePMA.

As an pharmacy technician joining the ePMA project implementation team, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation including clinical teams and colleagues within the pharmacy team, to ensure that teams understand the use of the ePMA system and any concerns and issues are raised to the project team.

You should have a Pharmaceutical Sciences qualification or equivalent, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and have or be willing to work towards Accredited Checking Technician status.

We are looking for a motivated, adaptable pharmacy technician with excellent communication skills and a passion for using technology to harness improvement. Previous experience with EMIS or ePMA systems is desirable but not essential, but you should be able to demonstrate excellent digital skills.

Are you a qualified Pharmacist looking for a unique opportunity? EPUT Pharmacy are looking for qualified pharmacists with excellent clinical and communication skills to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team as a Band 6/7 clinical pharmacist. Joining our team of specialist mental health pharmacists we have roles  which will support your professional development and provide opportunities to learn.

As well as spending time with a range of specialist professionals, we are keen to support your development and encourage learning through a variety of forums. We have recently joined with other mental health Trusts across the region to provide an exciting new psychopharmacology teaching programme which you will be able to join.   

You will be supported to develop clinical skills through funded postgraduate study/qualification and to develop management skills.

Band 7  - you will have at least 2 years post-registration experience, have completed or be completing a post graduate clinical pharmacy qualification and possess well-developed clinical pharmacy skills.

Band 6 - we are happy to receive applications from newly qualified pharmacists or those who are keen to move from other sectors. You will be placed on our structured band 6 to 7 development pathway which will support you to progress to band 7.

Your duties will include regular dispensary shifts in the main Trust dispensary in Chelmsford plus regular travel, so being a driver with access to your own vehicle is essential.

Are you a qualified and experienced registered pharmacy technician looking for an exciting new challenge as part of a forward thinking and dynamic pharmacy team?  

We are looking for 2 enlightened technicians to join the team as a medicines management technician for a 24 month period to provide support for specific project work. These new and innovative posts would suit ambitious and forward thinking registered pharmacy technicians who would join the Community Mental Health Team as integral members of the Essex Partnership University Trust (EPUT) Pharmacy Service.

If you are looking for a unique opportunity in a responsible and challenging post, this could be the role for you. You will work independently at times as well as operating closely with the advanced pharmacists, supporting medicines switches, updating medication records and liaising with the community mental health teams across the EPUT footprint. The post includes participation in the weekly ACPT, weekend and bank holiday dispensary rota, and there may be opportunity to work additional hours elsewhere within the pharmacy team, as part of our staff bank.

We are seeking self-motivated and adaptable pharmacy technicians with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to take on this exciting new post.

The NHS Mental Health Implementation Plan identified the need for additional specialist mental health pharmacists in the community to support patients with severe mental illness (SMI). As part of our restructured pharmacy department, we have several opportunities for experienced mental health specialists to join our established team of Advanced Community Mental Health Pharmacists. These are new and exciting roles designed to support patients with SMI live fulfilling independent lives in the community. The established service based in West Essex has been shown to offer vast patient benefits, and this role is now being expanded across other parts of the County. Opportunities are currently available at sites throughout North, Mid and South Essex.
