Rapid Access Clinic – Epping

The clinic serves to provide urgent or same day medical / therapist / social care assessment for frail patients who may have complex care needs. The clinic aims to be able to assess, diagnose and manage patients who could be cared for in the community given appropriate medical and or social care support if need be.
