We offer regular supervision, along with a yearly appraisal, where you will receive one-to-one support from a dedicated supervisor who will provide guidance, motivation and clinical support. Through supervision and appraisal, we will create a personalised development plan to help you fulfil your potential.

Further Professional Training

Whenever you're looking to gain functional skills or a degree, EPUT can support you in gaining the relevant qualifications you need to achieve your ambitions.

If you already have a Bachelor's degree you can apply to study towards a Master's Degree. EPUT could pay for the degree entirely if it is directly linked to your role, or cover up to 75% of the fees for other courses.

There is a wealth of job opportunities in EPUT. We offer Nursing career clinics, where we provide space for you to explore how you feel about work, aspirations for the future and opportunities in the workplace. This can include information about training opportunities and leadership development.

Leadership Training

EPUT offers internal leadership development opportunities as Edward Jenner Programme and Mery Seacole Programme to build the foundation of your career progression with NHS. Available to permanent staff working in health and care, either clinical and non-clinical.
