Supervision and Support
We offer regular supervision, along with a yearly appraisal, where you will receive one-to-one support from a dedicated supervisor who will provide guidance, motivation and clinical support. Through supervision and appraisal, we will create a personalised development plan to help you fulfil your potential.

Whenever you're looking to gain functional skills or a degree, EPUT can support you in gaining the relevant qualifications you need to achieve your ambitions.
If you already have a Bachelor's degree you can apply to study towards a Master's Degree. EPUT could pay for the degree entirely if it is directly linked to your role, or cover up to 75% of the fees for other courses.
