An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic, committed and experienced individual who is willing to work in a Female Adult Acute inpatient environment that caters for service users with enduring mental health illnesses and is based in Chelmsford.  The Individual will be working within a MDT setting and will be joining a friendly team within a Well Led unit.

This post is advertised as full time, but there is an opportunity for you to work these hours over 4 or 5 days per week, giving you more flexibility and work life balance.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen and we are in the position to recruit a Deputy Ward Manager to work on our female acute ward. The successful candidate will be a competent practitioner with a proven record of leadership skills as a Band 5 Nurse and able to take responsibility for the overseeing assessments of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for client requiring treatment.

This is a fixed term contract which is due to finish on the 30th June 2023.  We are seeking innovative and creative individuals to join our Occupational Therapy team with the aim of providing activities for patients on the unit. Under the guidance of a registered Occupational Therapist (OT) and the Ward Manager, you will be expected to assist in the delivery of recreational activities within the service.
