Mark Dale

I have been a volunteer for EPUT and the former South Essex Partnership Trust for 15 years. I have used trust services and then due to what I saw and my treatment I wanted to get involved, firstly to improve services for all, but also as a thank you.

I was elected as a Governor in 2019 and I sit on the membership committee. I believe Governors have a vital role to play in connecting the members to the trust and vice versa.

My other community and voluntary roles include being a mental health first aider. I created the Basildon and South Essex Disability Equality Forum and work as a Time to Change Equality Champion all over Essex. I'm proud to represent the constituency of Essex Mid & South as your governor.
