Board Meetings

Our Board of Directors meet six times each year. Members of the public, service users / patients, and Governors are welcome to observe part one of these meetings.

Upcoming meetings

The government announcement to hold elections on the 4 July 2024 means we are now in a pre-election period. We have reviewed and changed the in-public Board agenda to include items that require a Board decision or important items that need Board oversight.

The reduced agenda and meeting time has meant a decision has been made to move the meeting scheduled for Wednesday 5 June 2024 , starting at 10am to a virtual via Microsoft Teams. If you would like to attend please let us know, and we will provide the link for the meeting.

Please note we will only be answering questions that have been submitted in advance to ensure compliance with pre-election regulations. If you have any questions, please can you submit these as soon as possible and we will advise if these can be answered in the public domain. We will respond to any questions directly if these cannot be answered in the public domain at this time.
