Do you have a Mini Marvel?

Parents of neonatal babies are being invited to join a free support group set up in collaboration with South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) and Bliss.

The Mini Marvels group helps parents cope with the stress of caring for a baby, who is either in neonatal care or has recently gone home following a stay. The group meets on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month at Hamstel Children and Family Centre, Hamstel Road, Southend on Sea SS2 4PQ, between 10:00 and 12:00.

The group, run by Health Visiting staff, provides a network for parents and other relatives to socialise, get advice, share information and provide mutual support. There will also be invited specialist speakers to offer advice and support.

More information is available at the hamstelchildrenscentre Facebook page or by calling 01702 616454.
