Find out about Dementia Care in Bedfordshire

Join South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) at a public meeting to find out about dementia care in Bedfordshire.

This two hour meeting being held at the Davis Suite, The Rufus Centre, Steppingley Road, Flitwick, MK45 1AH on Wednesday 15 January 2014 between 14:30 – 16:30 will give you the opportunity to learn about the patient pathway – find out about the symptoms and effects of dementia, what you should do if you spot the symptoms and where you should go for help.

You’ll also have the opportunity to provide feedback on SEPT services and make suggestions for improvements.

There will be a surgery session at the end of the meeting giving you a chance to meet with staff and/or governors to discuss on a 1 to1 basis any personal issues you may have.

Please encourage your friends, colleagues and family to come along to what promises to be an interesting and informative event.

Please contact the Trust Secretary’s office on free phone: 0800 023 2059 or email: membership@sept.nhs.uk to confirm attendance, and advise any special requirements.
