Find out about Dementia Care in Bedfordshire (1)

Join South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) at a public meeting to find out about Dementia Care in Bedfordshire.

This two hour meeting being held at the Priory Methodist Church, 63 Newnham Avenue, Bedford MK41 9QJ on Monday 28 February from 18:00 – 20:00 will give you the opportunity to learn more about dementia, its symptoms and effects, what you should do and where you can go for help.

We’ll provide an update on the progress of the Bedford Health Village and the move of Weller Wing from the Bedford Hospital site to the Health Village.

You’ll also have the opportunity to provide feedback on SEPT services and make suggestions for improvements.

There will be a surgery session at the end of the meeting giving you a chance to meet with staff and/or governors to discuss on a 1 to1 basis any personal issues you may have.

Please encourage your friends, colleagues and family to come along to what promises to be an interesting and informative event.

Please contact the Trust Secretary’s office on free phone: 0800 023 2059 or email:  membership@sept.nhs.uk to confirm attendance, and advise any special requirements.
