Find out about Dementia Care in south Essex

Join South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) at a public meeting to find out about Dementia Care in south Essex.   

This two hour meeting being held at the Beehive Centre, West Street, Grays, RM17 6XP on Monday 18 February from 15:00 – 17:00 will give you the opportunity to learn more about dementia, its symptoms and effects, what you should do and where you can go for help.

You’ll also have the opportunity to provide feedback on SEPT services and make suggestions for improvements.

There will be a surgery session at the end of the meeting giving you a chance to meet with staff and/or governors to discuss on a 1 to1 basis any personal issues you may have.
