Find out about services available at Saffron Walden Community Hospital

Join South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) at a public meeting to find out about community services available at Saffron Walden Community Hospital.   

This two hour meeting being held at Saffron Walden Town Hall, Market Square, Saffron Walden CB10 1HR on Thursday 16 January 2014 between 14:30 – 16:30 will give you the opportunity to learn about the community services based at Saffron Walden Community Hospital – find out where you can access specialist services locally and hear how integrated services have made a real difference enabling people to return or stay in their own homes for as long as possible.

You’ll also have the opportunity to provide feedback on SEPT services and make suggestions for improvements.

There will be a surgery session at the end of the meeting giving you a chance to meet with staff and/or governors to discuss on a 1 to1 basis any personal issues you may have.
