Find out about Stroke Care in west Essex

Join South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) at a public meeting to find out about Stroke Care in west Essex.   

This two hour meeting being held at the Harlow Health Resource Centre, Harlow Leisure Zone, Second Avenue, Harlow, CM20 3DT on Thursday 7 March from 14:30 – 16:30 will give you the opportunity to understand the different treatments for Stroke sufferers and how our Stroke care services help patients through the different stages of recovery and assist in rehabilitation and living independently in the community.

You’ll also have the opportunity to provide feedback on SEPT services and make suggestions for improvements.

There will be a surgery session at the end of the meeting giving you a chance to meet with staff and/or governors to discuss on a 1 to1 basis any personal issues you may have.
