Find out about the role of carers and how we support them

Join South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) at a public meeting to find out about how we support carers and where you can go for help as a carer.

This two hour meeting being held at Thameside Theatre, Orsett Road, Grays RM17 5DX on Wednesday 22 January 2014 between 14:30 – 16:00 will give you the opportunity to learn about how we support carers, the role of carers and where you should go to for help and advice.

You’ll also have the opportunity to provide feedback on SEPT services and make suggestions for improvements.

There will be a surgery session at the end of the meeting giving you a chance to meet with staff and/or governors to discuss on a 1 to1 basis any personal issues you may have.
