Find out why it’s good to work at EPUT at Trust’s Board Meeting
Jobs will be the focus of the next Public Board Meeting of Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT). The meeting will be held on Wednesday 26 September 2018 at 10:30am at The Lodge, Lodge Approach, Wickford, Essex, SS11 7XX. Everyone is welcome to attend.
A presentation about recruitment and retention will be given by Katie Keen, Deputy Director of Human Resources and Communications. The presentation will cover current vacancy levels, recruitment strategies, incentives and the actions being taken to retain our workforce.
Katie Keen said: “Like many other NHS Trusts throughout the country, EPUT is experiencing some challenges in recruiting medical professionals. We particularly need more doctors and nurses. We are also looking for healthcare assistants, admin staff and other medical professionals. We support career development through various education and training programs for our staff. We also offer flexible working options to help give you a good work - life balance. We have organised a number of recruitment open days in different parts of the county, so keep an eye on our website for details. If you are looking for a career in the health service, why not make EPUT your next stop?”
