Have Your Say about Local Community Healthcare Services Provided By SEPT

South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) are holding a Carer and Patient Forum in Epping, to discuss your healthcare needs and local community services.

This Carer and Patient Forum is the ideal opportunity for people living in west Essex who use SEPT services to give feedback or ask questions about their experience of the services.

Attendees will be able to share their experience of using NHS services, meet representatives of local support groups for carers and patients and learn more about changes and improvements in local healthcare made by SEPT.

The event will take place on Tuesday 7 February from 13:30 – 15:30 at The Laurels Conference Room, St. Margaret’s Hospital, The Plain, Epping, Essex, CM16 6TN.

Admission is free and refreshments will be provided, support with travel can be provided on request.
