Improve Your Mental Health Through a Free Digital Arts Class

Starting in January 2017 is a FREE 12 week digital art course, open to people with low mental health needs and carers.

The course starts Wednesday 11 January and runs every Wednesday for 12 weeks from 10:00 - 12:00 at the Art School.

Part of the course includes taking a walk around Chalkwell park following an app, to then produce a piece of artwork in the Art School.

Places are FREE thanks to a joint collaboration between Metal, Southend Borough Council and Open Arts, but are limited so get in touch to secure a place as soon as possible.
