New Carer and Patient Forums in west Essex

Join South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) at our new Carer and Patient Forum events, to help shape Community Health services of the future.

South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) provides a wide range of Community Health services in west Essex covering the Epping, Harlow and Uttlesford area. The services provided by SEPT include; community nursing, dental and podiatry services, specialist nursing, health visiting, community hospitals and rehabilitation services, outpatient services and a range of therapy services.

If you, a friend, or relative uses any of SEPT’s services in west Essex, please join us at one of our new Carer and Patient Forums where you can ask a question or give feedback about your experience.

The forums will be held at one of three locations in west Essex on a rotational basis to enable you to attend an event in your local area. The events will be held in:

  • Epping on the 3 November 2015 from 13:30-15:30 at The Laurels, St. Margaret’s Hospital, The Plain, Epping, Essex, CM16 6TN

     

  • Harlow on the 14 December 2015 from 13:50 – 15:30 at The Latton Bush Centre, Southern Way, Harlow, Essex, CM18 7BL

     

  • Uttlesford on the 12 January 2016 from 15:30 – 16:30 at Saffron Walden Community Hospital, Radwinter Rd, Saffron Walden, CB11 3HY

The new patient and carers forum promises to be an interesting and informative event that will give you the opportunity to;

  • speak out about your healthcare needs and local services;
  • provide feedback and make suggestions for improvements on SEPT services;
  • find out about changes and improvements in local healthcare by SEPT:
  • build relationships with the teams that provide your local Community Health services.
