Occupational Therapy Week 2023
Occupational Therapy Week (6 to 12 November) is organised by the Royal College of Occupational Therapists to celebrate the life-changing power of occupational therapy.
OTs help people overcome challenges completing everyday tasks or activities - what we call ‘occupations’.
OT colleagues are encouraged to talk about what occupations are and why they matter, to help the people they work with will better understand the role of occupational therapy, its impact and value.
Mobolaji Lewis, Interim Chief Allied Health Professional, said: “Massive shout out to all occupational therapists and occupational therapy support staff at EPUT, we value your dedication to improving lives and functional abilities of service users.
"Thank you for all that you do on daily basis, we see you, we appreciate and celebrate you. Happy OT week."
