Managing high blood pressure programme

As part of this programme we are interested in people who would like to volunteer and join our monthly Cardiovascular Programme Team meeting which usually lasts for 1 hour and is currently held virtually on Microsoft Teams (MS Teams). It would therefore be beneficial if you had a device, such as a laptop or computer which has a camera and the capability to use MS Teams.

If you would like to be involved but would not be able to join the meeting then we would still be interested in hearing from you. At these meetings we speak about how we could improve our services for people with high blood pressure as well as other cardiovascular projects.

This is a voluntary role starting now until March 2025 and requires approximately 1 hour per week of your time.

If you do not want to be part of the programme meeting but still want to provide feedback on your experience of community services and how we can support you manage your high blood pressure please contact Candice Robinson via email: candice.robinson@nelft.nhs.uk. Please contact us if you would like to know more or for an informal chat of how you can support.
