Re-location of adult diabetes services in south east Essex

Adult diabetes services provided by Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) in South East Essex moved to a new location on 18 February.

The team moved from Willow Ward at Rochford Hospital to Raphael House in Old Ship Lane, Rochford.
