SEPT Annual General  & Annual Members Meeting

South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust‘s (SEPT) Board of Directors and Council of Governors warmly invite members of the public to join them at this year’s Annual General and Annual Members Meeting to be held on Friday 18 September 2015 from 11:00hrs at Saxon Hall, Aviation Way, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS2 6UN.

This is a great opportunity for local people to learn more about the Trust, celebrate our achievements over the past year and find out how we plan to improve and develop services in 2015/2016.

After our successful flu campaign last year, children from local schools will be joining us at the AGM and Annual Members Meeting to launch this year’s activities to promote uptake of the flu vaccine.

The Trust’s annual report and accounts for 2014/15 will be distributed at the meeting or available to download from our website (www.sept.nhs.uk) from Monday 21 September 2015. Copies can also be requested by contacting communications@sept.nhs.uk.
