SEPT ANNUAL GENERAL & ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING 2013

South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust ‘s (SEPT) Board of Directors and Council of Governors invite members of the public to attend the Annual General and Annual Members Meeting to be held on Thursday 12 September at 13.30. The venue is the Towngate Theatre, St Martin’s Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL.

There will also be a Health and Wellbeing Fair to enjoy from 11.00 which will host an array of stands showcasing SEPT services, featuring Social Care and Carers, Sexual Health advice, Dietary and Exercise advice, Dementia Buddies, Smoothie Bike, Diabetes Services and more.
