SEPT Annual Members Meeting
South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust‘s (SEPT) Board of Directors and Council of Governors warmly invite members of the public to join them at this year’s Annual Members Meeting to be held on Wednesday 5 October 2016 from 11:00hrs at Saxon Hall, Aviation Way, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS2 6UN.
This is a great opportunity for local people to learn more about the Trust, celebrate our achievements over the past year and find out how we plan to improve and develop services in 2015/2016, including the proposed merger with North Essex Partnership University NHS FT.
The Trust’s annual report and accounts for 2015/16 will be distributed on the 5th or available to download from our website (www.sept.nhs.uk) from Monday 21 September 2015 or on request by contacting membership@sept.nhs.uk. You will also receive a copy by attending this meeting.
SEPT is one of the largest NHS providers in the country of health and social care services for people with mental health problems, learning disabilities and community health services.
As an NHS Foundation Trust, SEPT is run locally, not by Government, and works closely with the local community to develop services in a way that best suits the needs of local people.
Anyone over the age of 12 who lives in Essex, Bedfordshire or Luton is eligible to become a member of the Trust. To join, call the membership office free on 0800 023 2059 or log on to www.sept.nhs.uk
