SEPT Ask the Public for Nominations to Reward Staff Excellence
South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) are asking members of the public for nominations, to recognise and reward the achievements of exceptionally kind and committed staff at their annual awards ceremony.
Are you a patient, carer (or family member of someone) that has used one of our services, or received any form of care or treatment from us?
- Did you feel like that member of staff not only met your needs, but exceeded your expectations to deliver an exceptionally high quality of service?
- Did that person go above and beyond the call of duty, demonstrating that they truly had your interests (or interests of your loved one) at heart?
If so, we want to hear from you.
SEPT are dedicated not only to delivering exceptionally high levels of patient care, but rewarding the extremely high levels of commitment and devotion from its staff that enable them to deliver such high quality patient services.
We want your help to nominate any member of SEPT permanent staff that has gone above and beyond their commitment to delivering excellent services to reward them with an SEPT ‘In Tune’ award.
Our SEPT ‘In Tune’ awards are the official way for the Trust to say ‘thank you’ to those who have demonstrated they have gone above and beyond, their commitment to delivering excellent patient services.
Anyone can nominate any member of SEPT permanent staff for an In Tune award. If you would like to nominate a member of SEPT staff please visit our website http://eput.nhs.uk/get-involved/staff-recognition-scheme/ for an In Tune Award Nomination Form, alternatively you can request a nomination form by writing to:

"Behind each winner and nomination is an inspiring tale of hard work, commitment and dedication – and it never fails to amaze me. Hearing fantastic examples of how our staff are going above and beyond the call of duty is an absolute pleasure and it makes me incredibly proud.”
