SEPT Doctor celebrates NHS award

South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) is celebrating after Dr. Gladvine Mundempilly, Consultant Psychiatrist and Director of Medical Appraisal and Revalidation won NHS Mentor/Coach of The Year at this year’s NHS Leadership Recognition Awards.

The NHS Leadership Recognition Awards celebrate leaders at all levels and across all professions who have ultimately improved people’s health, the public’s experience of the NHS and who we are truly proud to work alongside.

Dr Mundempilly won the award due to his highly-developed coaching and mentoring skills and an extraordinarily approachable manner has gained him the deepest respect and admiration of colleagues at all levels.

Sally Morris, SEPT Chief Executive said; “We are extremely proud of Dr Glandvine Mundempilly for this prestigious award. He is a credit to SEPT and is famous for his truly ‘open door’ policy, and provides a ‘listening ear’ to individuals with deeply personal problems who value his openness, honesty and a strongly inclusive approach.”
