Share your experiences of accessing crisis mental health care via 111
NHS England would like to hear from people who have accessed crisis mental health care services through the NHS 111 ‘select mental health’ option.
Responses collected through the survey will be analysed to identify areas where improvements can be made, to enhance the quality of care provided.
