TELL US WHAT IT IS LIKE IN YOUR SHOES

If you or your family receive or have received care from South Essex Partnership University NHS Trust (SEPT) we would like you to share your experiences with us, in a series of ‘In Your Shoes’ workshops.

The workshops will last for two hours and your input will help us develop standards of care in everything we do.

Come along and give us your perspective on what we do well that we can build on, what we can do differently, and what makes the biggest difference for you and your family.

A member of staff will act as your host for the workshop, helping you to share your experience in a way that works for you. They will be there to listen to you on a one-to-one basis, learn how we can improve, and support you in group discussions.
