Summary
We are a Community Respiratory Team who provides care for adult respiratory patients who are registered with a West Essex GP, it mainly consists of patients with a diagnosis of COPD, however it can also include other respiratory conditions.
Service Information
We provide services such as optimising medication, oxygen management and assessment, exacerbation management, education and self-management.
Where service is based
Clinics are based across west Essex, Harlow, Epping and Saffron Walden.
