Mountnessing Court

Our inpatient service at Mountnessing Court is a community-based facility focussed on helping people recover and regain independence following an acute episode of care or deterioration in health. It helps people receive the best possible care in a comfortable environment, closer to home. 

We provide short-term rehabilitation support to people who:

• have pre-existing conditions that have worsened, requiring a hospital stay
• are recovering following an stay in an acute hospital

Our focus is on encouraging patients to regain as much confidence and independence as possible.

Mountnessing Court also has several beds for patients with end of life care needs. We are able to offer palliative care, symptom control and support patients' preferences or end of life care. 

We work closely with local community-based teams, day hospital services, condition-specific specialist services and social services.
