Charge Nurse roles

In your role as Charge Nurse at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) you'll oversee patient care, manage nursing teams, and work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care.

You'll be responsible for coordinating shifts, ensuring compliance with Trust policies, and contributing to service improvements. Ideal candidates will be Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) with experience in acute mental health settings, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
