364-EPUT631R - You will join Old Age Community team and provide services mainly to the Dementia patients and to elderly patients in Rochford, Rayleigh and Canvey Island. You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership for the assessment and management of dementia patients in community and to functional older adult 70+ in the catchment area.

364-EPUT634RR - You will join the team in leading expert medical input to the Essex Community Adult Eating Disorder Service. Northgate Centre covers the north team which includes West, Mid and North east Essex. You will be expected to provide leadership and medical advice to the team working alongside service manager, local operational leads, other consultants, partners and stakeholders, service development work, service evaluation and a clear responsibility for service leadership in conjunction with the head of service and operational managers.
