Lighthouse Child Development Centre support groups and workshops
The Lighthouse team is holding a number of ASD and ADHD support sessions for families in Southend, Essex and surrounding areas. Your child does not need to have a diagnosis of ASD or ADHD for you to join these sessions, they are open to all families.

These are held in community venues and are face to face sessions covering different topics such as zones of regulation, school anxiety, managing neurodivergent conditions - as places are limited please ensure you email us to book a space epunft.Lighthouse.asd@nhs.net
