An internationally educated nurse working in one of our mental health wards has been shortlisted in the Zenith Health’s Global Health Awards 2023.

As part of the Mid and South Essex Community Collaborative, we are working together with partners to make it easier for people living with diabetes to get their annual health checks. 

Eligible people can get their COVID-19 vaccine at The Lodge, Runwell, SS11 7XX on Thursdays and Saturdays between 8:30am and 4pm. 

We have started launching Patients Know Best (PKB), our new online patient portal. PKB consolidates  information from various care providers and makes it available in a single, secure personal health record. 

Patients are being offered the chance to design and cook a meal for their loved ones to boost their confidence and encourage independence.

Staff have been telling us what makes them proud to work for the NHS as we celebrate International Week of Happiness at Work (25 to 29 September).

One of our staff members has taken on Mount Snowdon to raise money for a charity close to his heart.
