Service Information
We have a flexible approach to reaching out to our clients. We meet them in their own surroundings, which could be their homes, hostels, on the street, or in community partnership settings.
Our aim is to engage clients with mainstream health services, advocate for clients within these services to ensure their needs are met and they understand how the health system works.
We provide practical interim health interventions, such as wound care, vaccinations, foot care, assessments and support to access mental health services.
We do not have direct access to accommodation.
